There is also this way: "contact before contact"!
Everything you should know before you go into training. Many things that seem simple, we like to take easy. But before you go to dance class, contact dance, contact impro or fitness training, you should learn the principles of movement and breathing and movement in contact. Many schools like to skip the basics. "Contact before Contact" is tension and relaxation, breathing, being whole, moving safely in space in pairs, as in a group.
The workshop is especially suitable for body-conscious amateurs but also for dancers, actors and body therapists.
